We are an ISO 9001-2008 certified organization located at Kolhapur. We were established in 1998 for manufacture of steel, alloy, heat resisting and stainless steel castings ranging from 25 to 2500 kgs single piece weight capacity. We can offer proof machined or finish machined components to any Indian or International grade as per Customer's specific requirements. To meet the stringent needs of our prestigious clients we employ a team of experts who are provided with all the essential equipments to ensure smooth, precise and efficient execution of orders.

We do the riser methoding of the castings on an in-house software which helps us achieve 100% Ultrasonically sound castings the 1st time itself.

We have a well equipped laboratory that includes a German make optical emission spectrometer having channels for Fe & Ni base alloys. It is supported by a well equipped physical test lab having computerized tensile testing machine, fitted with an extensometer. The NDT, MPI and RT tests are outsourced to suitably trained personnel. Our heat treatment furnaces include an attached graph recorder. We have a Spinner hanger straight monorail type shot blasting machine with 2500 kgs per hour capacity which helps in improving surface quality of the castings.

We have equipped ourselves with all the necessary quality instruments which help us to supply reliable quality castings to our customers. In addition to this we are an IRS approved supplier & are capable of executing orders under numerous 3rd party inspection agencies like ABS, IRS, BV, CQAE(WE) etc. for industrial & marine applications.
