Quality is a way of life at Parikh Metaliks. We are proud to mention that we are at present considered to be one of the best Steel foundries in our region. This journey has not been an easy one & we promise that it will never end. To achieve the reliable quality of the castings manufactured & supplied by us we follow the procedures laid down as per the ISO standard.
We check the chemistry of the liquid metal to be poured online by an optical emission spectrometer. Various physical tests are also done on the computerized UTN machine. Moreover, our castings undergo through various NDT tests wherever required & specified such as:
- Ultrasonic testing
- Magnetic particle test
- DP test
- Radiography test etc
